  • These uncontrollable circumstances may necessitate changes to your booked tour or result in our inability to provide the tour as originally agreed upon.
  • When we mention “circumstances beyond our control,
    “we are referring to events that were unforeseeable and unavoidable, despite our best efforts to exercise reasonable care.
  • These circumstances typically encompass, but are not limited to, events such as war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemics,
    natural or nuclear disasters, terrorist activities, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and adverse weather conditions
  • We understand the importance of delivering an exceptional travel experience and will do our best to minimize disruptions and ensure your journey remains enjoyable, even when faced with such challenges
  • In case of cancellation from the organizer’s end (due to Lockdown, Natural calamities including, snowstorms, thunderstorms, floods, landslides, earthquakes, bad weather or unexpected political
    unrest, terrorism activity, curfews, local riots, or government orders), the booking would be transferred to another departure.
  • In case the client refuses to transfer the booking, there shall be no cash refund. Clients will be liable for a voucher, which can be redeemed as per the client’s desire and upcoming tour dates.
  • Booking amount is Non-Refundable.
  • Refunds will be made within 7-14 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund amount will be calculated from the total fee, in case any partial payment has been made.
  • If the cancellation is from the client’s end at any point of time post the registration refund will be provided as per the details mentioned Below.
  • Before 25 days-70% of the package cost will be refunded.
  • Between 25-07 days-50% of the package cost will be refunded.
  • Between 7-0 days- No Refund.
